Abstract | To allow a management server to improve convenience in a system using a service provider and an image processing device.SOLUTION: A system includes an image processing device, a service provider server for providing a WEB service using status information of the image processing device, and a management server which can communicate with the image processing device and the service provider server. In the system, the service provider server has transmission means for transmitting a registration request for information showing that the image information processing device receives the WEB service to the management server, and the management server has control means for managing the image processing device as a status management object on the basis of user operation to the image processing device for agreeing to the transmission of the status information of the image processing device to the management server, and instructing the service provider server to start the WEB service to the image processing device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
