Abstract | To provide a manufacturing method of filling printed can good in design, by printing an inkjet image on a filling can in which contents are filled and sealed.SOLUTION: It is general that varnish is applied by a method such as overcoat on a filling can surface in which contents are filled and sealed, and there is a case that inkjet image printing is not favorably conducted due to water repellent effect of the varnish. Therefor, a surface modification process such as spraying combustion flame containing a silicon compound is conducted and inkjet image printing is conducted at the surface modified part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】内容物を充填密封した充填缶に対しインクジェット画像を印刷したデザイン性の良い充填印刷缶の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】内容物を充填密封した充填缶表面には、オーバーコートなどの方法でニスが塗られていることが一般的であり、ニスの撥水作用のため、良好にインクジェット画像印刷ができない場合がある。そのため、ケイ素化合物を含む燃焼炎を吹き付ける等の表面改質工程を行い、当該表面改質された部分に、インクジェット画像印刷をする。【選択図】図2 |
