Summary: | To provide a resin collector comprising a liquid oozing prevention property and a resistance property, and having a formation property sufficient to be thin-filmed.SOLUTION: A resin collector is formed by a conductive resin composition containing a polyolefin resin and two kinds of conductive carbon fillers. The conductive carbon fillers are made of: a first conductive carbon filler (A1) as graphite or carbon black; and a second conductive carbon filler (A2) as a carbon nano-tube of which a specific surface area is 35 to 300 m/g. A total surface of the first conductive carbon filler (A1) contained in 1 g of the resin collector is 0.5 to 9.0 m, and a weight ratio of the first conductive carbon filler (A1) is 30 wt.% or less for the weight of the resin collector.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】液滲み防止性、低抵抗性を備え、かつ、薄膜化が可能な成形性を有する樹脂集電体を提供すること。【解決手段】ポリオレフィン樹脂と2種の導電性炭素フィラーとを含む導電性樹脂組成物からなる樹脂集電体であって、上記導電性炭素フィラーは、黒鉛又はカーボンブラックである第1の導電性炭素フィラー(A1)と、比表面積が35〜300m2/gのカーボンナノチューブである第2の導電性炭素フィラー(A2)とからなり、樹脂集電体1gに含まれる上記第1の導電性炭素フィラー(A1)の総表面積が0.5〜9.0m2であり、上記第1の導電性炭素フィラー(A1)の重量割合が樹脂集電体の重量に対して30重量%以下であることを特徴とする樹脂集電体。【選択図】なし |
