Abstract To provide a method of manufacturing a urethane pad capable of suppressing oscillation feeling.SOLUTION: The tensile stress of a flexible polyurethane foam 10 can be made small by blending polyrotaxane 13 with a polyol composition. Though a compression stress in a vertical direction by body weight of a sit user, and a tensile stress by oscillation input in a lateral direction act on a urethane pad, a direction (inclination) of a resultant force obtained by totaling the compression stress and the tensile stress can be neared to a vertical direction by reducing a tensile strength of the flexible urethane foam 10. The oscillation feeling can be suppressed since an angle of a hip (sciatic) of the user inclined to a vertical direction by oscillation input in a lateral direction can be made small.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ぐらつき感を抑制できるウレタンパッドの製造方法。【解決手段】ポリロタキサン13がポリオール組成物に配合されることで、軟質ポリウレタンフォーム10の引張応力を小さくできる。着座した使用者の体重による鉛直方向の圧縮応力、及び、横方向の振動入力による引張応力がウレタンパッドに作用するが、軟質ポリウレタンフォーム10の引張応力を小さくすることで、圧縮応力および引張応力を合成した合力の方向(傾き)を鉛直方向へ近づけることができる。横方向の振動入力によって使用者の臀部(坐骨)が鉛直方向に対して傾く角度を小さくできるので、ぐらつき感を抑制できる。【選択図】図1
