Abstract | To perform speed control of an own vehicle when other vehicle makes a lane change.SOLUTION: A control device 100 comprises: an acquisition part 111 which acquires vehicle information concerning an own vehicle 10, M0 and other vehicles M1, M2, M3; a first calculation part 112 which calculates a first target acceleration a1 for so travelling as to follow a first vehicle which is a current preceding vehicle; a second calculation part 114 which calculates target accelerations a2, a3 in order that the own vehicle so travels as to follow other vehicles M2, M3; a determination part 113 which determines whether there is possibility that the preceding vehicle is changed from the first vehicle M1 to other vehicles M2, M3 or not in the state that the own vehicle travels on a first runway; a selection part which selects a smaller acceleration from the first target acceleration and target accelerations for so travelling as to follow other vehicles as a target acceleration of the own vehicle until the preceding vehicle is changed; and a speed control part 116 which controls a speed of the own vehicle by use of the selected target acceleration of the own vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
