To provide a conductive sheet with an electrode, having a temporal high stability of an electric resistance with thin a conductive striped body to be used.SOLUTION: A conductive sheet with an electrode and a conductive sheet used for them, comprises: a pseudo sheet structure body in which a plurality of conductive striped bodies extended to one direction of which a diameter D is 100 μm or less is arranged with an interval while holding a constant distance of the adjacent conductive striped bodied; an adhesive agent layer provided on one surface side of the pseudo sheet structure body, and in which the pseud sheet structure body is embedded; a pair of band electrodes provided in a longitudinal direction both end part of the plurality of conductive striped bodies so as to be electrically connected; and a band-shaped auxiliary electrode which is a pair of the band auxiliary electrode that is provided at a position interposed between the longitudinal direction both end part of the plurality of conductive striped bodies and the prat of band electrode, and is electrically connected, and of which a thickness tis 150 μm or less.
