In a mounted state where the battery pack is mounted on a vehicle, the first duct 41 and the second duct 42 extend along a first direction parallel to the cross direction of the vehicle. Also, in the mounted state, the ducts are arranged with a gap provided therebetween in a second direction parallel to the width direction of the vehicle.
