To provide methods and apparatuses for downlink data buffering considering cross carrier scheduling.SOLUTION: In a method for user equipment (UE), the UE receives configuration of a first serving cell and a second serving cell. The UE receives a first PDCCH transmitted on a scheduling CORESET (Control Resource Set) of the second serving cell, the first PDCCH scheduling a first PDSCH transmitted on the first serving cell. The UE receives a second PDCCH transmitted on a scheduling CORESET of the second serving cell, the second PDCCH scheduling a second PDSCH transmitted on the second serving cell.
