Abstract | To provide a method for enhancing productivity of continuous anneal and solution heat treatment line of an automobile aluminum sheet product high in T4 and burning strength after coating, and having reduced roping, and capable of heat treatment.SOLUTION: There is provided a method including: homogenizing and hot rolling an ingot having a composition of about 0.20 to 1.0 wt.% of Si, 0.11 to 0.40 wt.% of Fe, 0.0 to 0.23 wt.% of Cu, 0.0 to 0.22 wt.% of Mn, 0.50 to 0.83 wt.% of Mg, 0.0 to 0.25 wt.% of Cr, 0.0 to 0.006 wt.% of Ni, 0.0 to 0.15 wt.% of Zn, 0.0 to 0.17 wt.% of Ti, maximum 0.15 wt.% of impurities, and the balance Al to manufacture an intermediate product, cold rolling the hot rolled intermediate product, annealing, cold rolling, and conducting continuously anneal and solution heat treatment process on the sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
