The control part decides a power generation amount of the fuel battery using a requested power amount of the power consumption source and a power storage amount of the secondary battery when load limitation on the fuel battery is not performed, and decides the smaller one of (i) the generated power amount capable of being generated by the fuel battery during an output limitation time and (ii) the sum of the request charged power of the secondary battery calculated from the charged power of the secondary battery and the requested power amount of the power consumption source, as the power generation amount of the fuel battery when the load limitation on the fuel battery is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
