To provide a lighting device which can maintain good electric connection between a light emitting element substrate and a relay substrate and maintain good electric connection between circuit boards, such as the light emitting element substrate and the relay substrate, and a control board even if the circuit boards, such as the light emitting element substrate and the relay substrate, expand or contract.SOLUTION: A lighting device includes: multiple light emitting elements 5; circuit boards 6, 7 formed with signal circuits from the light emitting elements; connectors 8 which electrically connect the circuit boards with a control board which controls driving of the light emitting elements and are mounted on the circuit boards; and a flat plate 9 which is located between the circuit boards and the control board and to which the circuit boards are fixed.
