To provide an exit device and a ticket examination system that can improve convenience for a user.SOLUTION: An exit device of an embodiment includes a first acquisition unit, a communication unit, a second acquisition unit, an agreement determination unit, and a first settlement unit. The first acquisition unit acquires identification information from a medium for utilizing a settlement service. The communication unit transmits the identification information acquired by the first acquisition unit to a server device to receive the amount of fee specified by the transmitted identification information from the server device. The second acquisition unit acquires identification information from the medium for utilizing the settlement service. The agreement determination unit determines whether or not the identification information acquired by the first acquisition unit and the identification information acquired by the second acquisition unit agree. In a case where the determination unit has determined that they agree, the first settlement unit performs settlement processing for the amount of fee using the settlement service, and in a case where the determination unit has determined that they do not agree, the first settlement unit does not perform settlement processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】利用者にとっての利便性を向上させることができる出場装置及び改札システムを提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態の出場装置は、第１の取得部、通信部、第２の取得部、一致判定部及び第１の決済部を含む。第１の取得部は、決済サービスを利用するための媒体から識別情報を取得する。通信部は、第１の取得部によって取得された識別情報をサーバー装置に送信することで、送信した識別情報によって特定される料金の金額をサーバー装置から受信する。第２の取得部は、決済サービスを利用するための媒体から識別情報を取得する。一致判定部は、第１の取得部によって取得された識別情報と第２の取得部によって取得された識別情報とが一致するか否かを判定する。第１の決済部は、判定部によって一致すると判定された場合に決済サービスを用いて料金の金額分の決済処理をし、判定部によって一致しないと判定された場合に決済処理をしない。【選択図】図１
