Abstract To synchronize the time between management objects based on electrical information obtained from a plurality of management objects.SOLUTION: The system includes time information synchronous means for generating a plurality of voltage data rows which show a plurality of combinations of the voltage of power source wires at each time after a correction of adding a plurality of correction times to each time among the voltage of power source wires measured at each time for one management object and the voltage of the power source wires measured at each time for another management object, calculating a correlation coefficient for each of the plurality of voltage data rows, and synchronizing each time information using the correction time used for generation of the voltage data row to which the correlation coefficients serving as the maximum belongs as correction time of the time information for the one management object and the time information for the other management object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】数の管理対象から得られた電気情報を基に各管理対象間の時刻を同期させる。【解決手段】一方の管理対象で各時刻に測定した電源線の電圧と、他方の管理対象で各時刻に測定した電源線の電圧のうち、各時刻に複数の補正時間を加えた補正後の各時刻における電源線の電圧との複数の組み合わせを示す複数の電圧データ列を生成し、複数の電圧データ列の各々について相関係数を算出し、相関係数算が最大となる相関係数が属する電圧データ列の生成に用いた補正時間を、一方の管理対象の時刻情報と他方の管理対象の時刻情報の補正時間として、各時刻情報を同期させる時刻情報同期手段を備える。【選択図】図7
