Summary:To provide a fixing structure of a stud bolt and a fixed plate, having the structure which has a high fixing strength in a twisting direction with respect to a torque upon tightening and, moreover, has a high fixing strength for a load in a direction perpendicular to a shaft, and to provide the stud bolt.SOLUTION: In a fixing structure of a stud bolt and a fixed plate: an emboss part 122 to which a stud part 2 is fitted is provided on a fixed plate 102; the emboss part 122 has a cylindrical part 123 fitted to an outer circumferential surface of a caulking shaft part side of the stud part 2 and an end plate part 124 coming into close contact with a shoulder part 23 of the stud part 2; an opening part 125 is provided on the end plate part 124; an engagement part 42 which is extended to the radial direction outer side and is engaged with a peripheral part of the opening part 125 of the fixed plate 102 is provided on an end part of the screw shaft part side of a caulking shaft part 4; and whirl stopping means 25 which regulates relative rotation of the fixed plate 102 and a stud bolt 1 is provided on a fitting part of an inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical part 123 and the stud part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】締め付け時のトルクに対するねじり方向の固定強度が高く、しかも、軸直角方向の荷重に対する固定強度の高い構造のスタッドボルトと被固定板との固定構造及びスタッドボルトを提供する。【解決手段】被固定板102にはスタッド部2が嵌合するエンボス部122が設けられ、エンボス部122は、スタッド部2のかしめ軸部側の外周面に嵌合する筒状部123と、スタッド部2の肩部23に密接する端板部124と、を有し、端板部124に開口部125が設けられており、かしめ軸部4のねじ軸部側の端部には、径方向外方に張り出して被固定板102の開口部125の周縁部に係合する係合部42が設けられ、筒状部123の内周面とスタッド部2との嵌合部に、被固定板102とスタッドボルト1の相対回転を規制する回り止め手段25が設けられている。【選択図】図1
