Abstract | To provide a control parameter adjustment method and a control parameter adjustment system capable of suppressing occurrence of abrasions and breakdowns of device components by performing control corresponding to abnormalities occurred when adjusting a control parameter.SOLUTION: A control parameter adjustment method includes: a driving start process of starting driving of a plurality of driving systems by a position control device using a control parameter; an abnormality determination process of determining whether an abnormality has occurred after the driving of the plurality of driving systems started; and an adjustment process of collecting positioning data of each of the plurality of driving systems and evaluating feature quantity of the positioning data of each of the plurality of driving systems using a genetic algorithm to adjust the control parameter such that the evaluation value satisfies required performance. As the result of the abnormality determination process, the plurality of driving systems are stopped in response to determining that the abnormality has occurred.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
