Summary:To achieve both a comfortable WAN communication environment and suppression in power consumption without time and effort.SOLUTION: A mobile router 10 comprises: a wireless WAN communication unit 11 that has a plurality of WAN connection modes with different communication speeds, and communicates with a WAN side; and a wireless LAN communication unit 12 that communicates with a LAN side. The mobile router 10 comprises: a relay communication amount monitoring unit 13 that monitors a relay communication amount between the wireless WAN communication unit 11 and the wireless LAN communication unit 12; and a relay learning unit 14 that learns a daily fluctuation pattern of the relay communication amount.
