Abstract | To provide a heat cooker that allows a cook to adjust an internal steam amount (humidity) of a cooking chamber to a lower level by his/her own operation when cooking a food material with heat.SOLUTION: A heat cooker 10 includes: a cooking chamber for cooking a food material with heat; a heater for heating inside of the cooking chamber; a convection fan for convecting internal air of the cooking chamber; a vent pipe 34 connected to a vent hole formed inside of the cooking chamber, to introduce outside air into the cooking chamber; and an opening degree adjustment valve 35 for adjusting an opening degree of the vent pipe 34. An opening degree of the opening degree adjustment valve 35 is adjustable by manual operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
