Summary:To provide a water production method and a water production apparatus which can make water sufficiently liquid while suppressing an energy consumption.SOLUTION: A water production method has a step of making a desiccant 21 adsorb water contained in atmospheric air, a step of decompressing the surrounding of the desiccant 21 to evaporate water adsorbed by the desiccant, and to generate a high-humidity gas containing water, and a step of liquefy water contained in the high-humidity gas. A water production apparatus comprises a dehumidifier 20 with the desiccant 21 provided in an internal space, an atmosphere supplying fan 10 that supplies atmospheric air into the internal space, a vacuum pump 30 that evaporates water adsorbed by the desiccant 21 under compressing the internal space, and a high-humidity gas transfer pipeline 76 that transfers high-humidity gas containing water evaporated from the desiccant 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】エネルギー消費量を抑制しながらも充分に液状の水できる水製造方法及び水製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の水製造方法は、大気中に含まれる水を吸湿剤21に吸着させる工程と、吸湿剤21の周囲を減圧して、吸湿剤に吸着させた水を蒸発させて、水を含む高湿気体を発生させる工程と、前記高湿気体に含まれる水を液化する工程とを有する。本発明の水製造装置は、吸湿剤21を内部空間に備える吸湿器20と、前記内部空間に大気を供給する大気供給用ファン10と、前記内部空間を減圧して吸湿剤21に吸着した水を蒸発させる真空ポンプ30と、吸湿剤21から蒸発させた水を含む高湿気体を移送する高湿気体移送用配管76とを備える。【選択図】図1
