To provide an intake device for a saddle-riding type vehicle capable of more smoothly forming air-fuel mixture in addition to size reduction of an air cleaner and further capable of securing an intake amount of the air-fuel mixture to an engine.SOLUTION: An intake device 24 includes a top side fuel injection device 41 for injecting fuel and an intake port 27a sucking air-fuel mixture to be supplied to a cylinder head 22b, in an air cleaner 25. In addition, in the intake system 24, the air cleaner 25 includes an air cleaner case 75 and a side wall filter 105 for cleaning air sucked into the air cleaner case 75. The side wall filter 105 partitions a space inside the air cleaner case 75 in a vehicle width direction and at least partly overlaps the top side fuel injection device 41 in the vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】エアクリーナーのコンパクト化に加えて、混合気をよりスムーズに形成可能で、更に、エンジンへの混合気の吸入量を確保可能な鞍乗り型車両の吸気装置を提供する。【解決手段】吸気装置２４は、エアクリーナー２５内に、燃料を噴射する上側燃料噴射装置４１と、シリンダヘッド２２ｂへ供給する混合気を吸込む吸込み口２７ａとが設けられる。また、吸気装置２４は、エアクリーナー２５が、エアクリーナーケース７５と、エアクリーナーケース７５内に吸入された空気を浄化する側壁フィルター１０５とを備える。側壁フィルター１０５は、エアクリーナーケース７５内の空間を車幅方向に仕切るとともに、上側燃料噴射装置４１と車幅方向に少なくとも一部が重なる。【選択図】図２
