Abstract To distinguish between static and dynamic objects and accurately extract their shapes.SOLUTION: A determination device 100 generates the shape of a subject (any subject) included in a first captured image based on the first captured image captured by a first imaging device mounted on a moving body. The determination device 100 estimates the position of the subject shape after a specific time based on the position of the subject shape and the moving speed.
