Abstract | To provide a reactive polymer or the like, having practical level antifogging property continuously, and antifogging property with excellent durability without bleeding out.SOLUTION: There is provided a reactive polymer which is a reaction product of a hydroxyl group-containing hydrophilic polymer (X) and (meth)acryloyl group-containing isocyanate (Y) and has antifogging property, in which the hydroxyl group-containing hydrophilic polymer (X) contains a structural unit derived from hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate (A) and a structural unit derived from a compound represented by the formula (B) and/or a structural unit derived from oxypolyalkylene glycol (meth)acrylate having an oxyalkylene group having average addition mole number of 1 to 10. Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, Rrepresents a single bond, an alkanediyl group, or a *-O-alkanediyl group, and Rand Reach represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an alkyl group or an alkoxy group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
