Summary:To reduce the weight of a vehicle body and effectively inhibit vibrations from being transmitted from a power transmission device to a seat in a vehicle where the power transmission device in a floor tunnel is supported by a mounting member and seat rails are provided on a vehicle body floor.SOLUTION: A lower vehicle body structure includes a vehicle body floor 2 having a bottom surface portion 3, a floor tunnel 50 bulged upward of a vehicle from the bottom surface portion 3 on the vehicle body floor 2 and extending in a front to back direction Y of the vehicle, a power transmission device 24 provided in the floor tunnel 50, a mounting member 70 supporting the power transmission device 24 from the lower side of the vehicle, seat rails 99 provided on the vehicle body floor 2 and supporting a seat from the lower side of the vehicle so that the seat is slidable.
