Abstract | To provide a vehicle behavior control device that performs control so that deceleration is applied to a vehicle and control so that a yaw moment is applied to the vehicle, which suppresses control from intervening excessively in the whole of the vehicle.SOLUTION: In a vehicle behavior control device equipped with a driving control system 4 and a braking control system 18, a PCM 14, when a steering angle increases, sets additional deceleration to be added to the vehicle and performs control of the driving control system 4 for achieving the additional deceleration; and when the steering angle decreases, sets a yaw moment in a direction opposite to a yaw rate generated in the vehicle as a target yaw moment which should be applied to the vehicle and performs control of the brake control system 18 for applying the target yaw moment to the vehicle. In particular, the PCM 14, when the steering angle is 0, sets the target yaw moment to 0 and stops controlling by the brake control system 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
