To provide a payment management apparatus, a payment management method, and a payment management program for checking the correctness of a payment amount for each of a plurality of accounts for receiving payment for rental.SOLUTION: In a payment management apparatus, a storage part comprises: first correspondence relationship information storage means for storing a first correspondence relationship information indicating a correspondence relationship between a plurality of charging items indicating types of the charging amounts charged to a lessee by a lessor in a lease and a plurality of accounts of a financial institution held by the lessor; and second correspondence relationship information storage means for storing second correspondence relationship information indicating a correspondence relationship between a charging amount charged to the lessee by the lessor and a charging item.
