Summary:To provide a driving force control device of a vehicle that can execute a low mode and a high mode without passing through a direct connection mode.SOLUTION: The driving force control device of a vehicle is configured so that when the device is required to switch a low mode to a high mode or switch the high mode to the low mode, the device releases either one engagement mechanism currently in engagement of a first engagement mechanism and a second engagement mechanism (a step S7), controls rotation speed of an engine so that the rotation speed becomes predetermined rotation speed (a step S4), controls rotation speed of a first rotating machine so that a difference between input rotation speed and output rotation speed of the other engagement mechanism of the first engagement mechanism and the second engagement mechanism becomes or falls below an allowable value (a step S8), and brings the other engagement mechanism into an engagement state (a step 10) subject to the condition that the difference between the input rotation speed and the output rotation speed of the other engagement mechanism becomes or falls below the allowable value (determined positively in the step 9).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 【課題】ローモードとハイモードとを、直結モードを介することなく実行できる車両の駆動力制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】ローモードからハイモードへの切り替え、またはハイモードからローモードへの切り替えの要求がある場合に、第1係合機構と第2係合機構とのうちの現在係合している一方の係合機構を解放するとともに(ステップS7)、エンジンを回転数制御して所定の回転数に制御し(ステップS4)、第1係合機構と第2係合機構とのうちの他方の係合機構の入力回転数と出力回転数との差が許容値以下となるように第1回転機の回転数を制御し(ステップS8)、他方の係合機構における入力回転数と前記出力回転数との差が許容値以下となった(ステップS9で肯定的に判断)ことを条件に、他方の係合機構を係合状態に切り替える(ステップS10)ように構成されている。【選択図】図13
