Abstract To provide a vehicular propulsion shaft which improves productivity and allows an intermediate bearing to be disengaged in a frontal collision.SOLUTION: A vehicle propulsion shaft 100 of the present invention formed by connecting a plurality of pipe members divided in the front and back by a universal joint, comprises: an intermediate bearing body 20 rotatably supporting a shaft member 10 of a universal joint; and a torsional damper 30 disposed in front of the intermediate bearing body 20. The intermediate bearing body 20 comprises: a bearing 21 externally fitted to the shaft member 10; a vibration isolation member 22 externally fitted to the bearing 21; an annular part 23 to which an outer ring 22b of the vibration isolation member 22 is internally fitted; and a bracket 24 joined to the annular part 23 and having legs pointing to the left and right.
