Abstract To provide a circulation type boiler system which can achieve improvement of the efficiency by utilizing exhaust heat, and to provide a fire power generation plant and an exhaust heat recovery method.SOLUTION: A circulation type boiler system includes: a steam turbine 10 driven by steam S; a condenser 11 which introduces the steam S from the steam turbine 10; a cooling tower 12 which circulates water W between itself and the condenser 11 and condenses the steam S with the condenser 11 to generate the water W; a circulation type boiler 13 which evaporates the water W from the condenser 11 to introduce the water W into the steam turbine 10; a blow pipe 14 which discharges a part of the water W from the circulation type boiler 13; a heat exchanger 20 which conducts heat exchange between the water W discharged from the blow pipe 14 and the water W flowing from the condenser 11 to the circulation type boiler 13 to cause the water W introduced into the circulation type boiler 13 to recover heat; and a cooling tower introduction pipe 15 which introduces the water W that has been subject to heat exchange in the heat exchanger 20 into the cooling tower 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】排熱利用により、さらなる効率向上を図ることが可能な循環式ボイラシステム、火力発電プラント、及び排熱回収方法を提供する。【解決手段】水蒸気Sによって駆動する蒸気タービン10と、蒸気タービン10からの水蒸気Sを導入する復水器11と、復水器11との間で水Wを循環させ、復水器11で水蒸気Sを凝縮させて水Wを生成させる冷却塔12と、復水器11からの水Wを蒸発させ、蒸気タービン10へ導入する循環式ボイラ13と、循環式ボイラ13から水Wの一部を排出するブロー配管14と、ブロー配管14から排出される水Wと、復水器11から循環式ボイラ13へ向かう水Wとの間で熱交換を行い、循環式ボイラ13へ導入される水Wに熱回収させる熱交換器20と、熱交換器20で熱交換した後の水Wを冷却塔12へ導入する冷却塔導入配管15と、を備えている。【選択図】図1
