Summary:To estimate consumption energy without using characteristic data on equipment associated with a travel of a train nor environmental data including a gradient and curvature at a travel position of a train, and to generate an operation curve minimizing the consumption energy.SOLUTION: An operation curve generation device according to an embodiment comprises an acquisition part, a model generation part, and an operation curve generation part. The acquisition part acquires, from a vehicle traveling in a predetermined section, travel data including a position, a speed, acceleration, a notch number, weight, and consumption energy of the vehicle. The model generation part generates, by machine learning, an energy model as a nonlinear regression model which inputs the position, speed, acceleration, notch number, and weight that the acquired travel data includes, and outputs consumption energy that the travel data includes. The operation curve generation part generates, using the energy model, an operation curve of the vehicle which has the consumption energy minimized in the predetermined section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】列車の走行に関わる機器の特性データや列車の走行位置の勾配や曲率を含む環境データを用いることなく、消費エネルギーを推定して、当該消費エネルギーが最小となる運転曲線を作成する。【解決手段】実施形態の運転曲線作成装置は、取得部と、モデル作成部と、運転曲線作成部と、を備える。取得部は、所定区間を走行する車両から、当該車両の位置、速度、加速度、ノッチ番号、重量、および消費エネルギーを含む走行データを取得する。モデル作成部は、取得した走行データが含む位置、速度、加速度、ノッチ番号、および重量を入力としかつ当該走行データが含む消費エネルギーを出力とする非線形回帰モデルであるエネルギーモデルを機械学習によって作成する。運転曲線作成部は、エネルギーモデルを用いて、所定区間における消費エネルギーが最小となる車両の運転曲線を作成する。【選択図】図2
