Abstract To suppress the decline in the versatility of a scaffold lifting device.SOLUTION: The scaffold lifting device 1 comprises a plurality of truss frames 2 extending in parallel and horizontally with a fixed distance from each other, a pulley 3 rotatable in a fixed state with respect to the truss frame 2, and a winch 4 fixed to the truss frame 2 at a position separated from the pulley 3 in the extending direction of the truss frame 2. In the device 1, a wire 6 extending from the winch 4 is connected to a working position which is wound around the pulley 3 and located above the truss frame 2. Then, with the scaffold attached on the plurality of truss frames 2, the scaffold is lifted to the working position by winding the wire 6 with the winch 4. The pulley 3 is fixed to the truss frame 2 via a support member that supports its central axis.
