Abstract To stably inhibit application of overload on a spoiler.SOLUTION: An actuator 120 has a rotary shaft 121, the rotary shaft 121 being provided so as to be rotatable normally and reversely. A link mechanism 130 is coupled to the rotary shaft 121 of the actuator 120. A spoiler 110 is coupled to the link mechanism 130. The spoiler 110 is provided so as to be rotatable to an extended position and a stored position. A spring 140 is attached to the spoiler 110. The spring 140 presses the spoiler 110 in a rotating direction in which the spoiler 110 is moved toward the extended position. The rotary shaft 121 of the actuator 120 rotates normally and, thereby, the spoiler 110 rotates toward the extended position. The rotary shaft 121 of the actuator 120 rotates reversely and, thereby, the spoiler rotates toward the stored position.
