Abstract To provide technology with which it is possible to shorten the transmission time of a beam for acquiring target information while suppressing a reduction in angle-measurement performance.SOLUTION: The radar device comprises: a signal generation unit for generating a transmit signal; an output unit for outputting a transmit wave for each prescribed angle on the basis of the transmit signal; a receive unit for receiving a reflected wave of the transmit wave that is reflected by a target; and a derivation unit for deriving information regarding the target on the basis of a received signal relating to the reflected wave.
