Abstract To provide a radiation-type air-conditioning device with a blower capable of ventilating a radiation panel to improve heat exchange efficiency, and preventing dew condensation water occurring in using the air-conditioning device as a cooler from interrupting ventilation, and provide a blower for panel mounted in the air-conditioning device.SOLUTION: A radiation-type air-conditioning device is configured such that a water receiving tray 3 configured to receive dew condensation water is arranged below a radiation panel 2.
