Abstract To provide an optical filter which is advantageous in preventing color unevenness of an image formed by an image capturing device.SOLUTION: An optical filter (1a) includes a light absorption layer (10). The light absorption layer absorbs light in at least a part of the near-infrared range. The optical filter (1a) satisfies predetermined conditions regarding the transmittance when 300-1200 nm light enters the optical filter at incident angles of 0°, 30°, and 40°.
