Summary:To provide a method capable of easily forming a coated layer having uniform thickness on a surface of a metal particle and high in crystallinity.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of particles having a core part consisting of a metal and a shell part consisting of a compound of the meta. A gas for forming a shell part capable of generating the compound of the metal is let exist around a plasma flame with a layer flow state at a non-plasma state, a power raw material consisting of the metal is supplied into the plasma flame under the state, and the power raw material is gasified in the plasma flame. By cooling the gasified powder raw material, the core part consisting of the fine particle of the metal is generated, and a shell part consisting of the compound of the metal is generated on a surface of the core part by chemical reaction of the generated core part and the gas for forming the shell part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】金属粒子の表面に均一な厚みを有し、且つ結晶性の高い被覆層を容易に形成し得る方法を提供すること。【解決手段】金属からなるコア部と、該金属の化合物からなるシェル部とを有する粒子の製造方法である。前記金属の化合物の生成が可能なシェル部形成用ガスを非プラズマ状態で、層流状態のプラズマフレームの周囲に存在させ、その状態下に、該プラズマフレーム内に前記金属からなる粉末原料を供給し、該プラズマフレーム内で該粉末原料をガス化させる。ガス化した前記粉末原料の冷却によって前記金属の微粒子からなる前記コア部を生成させるとともに、生成した該コア部と前記シェル部形成用ガスとを化学反応させて、該コア部の表面に前記金属の化合物からなる前記シェル部を生成させる。【選択図】図1
