To provide a cushion for wheelchairs allowing a user to easily retain a correct posture, allowing the user to easily move leftward/rightward and change a posture on a seating face while seated, and capable of securing ventilation properties of the buttocks and femoral regions.SOLUTION: A cushion 1 for wheelchairs to be installed on a seating face 51 of a wheelchair 5, includes: a horizontal seating face 2 formed by including a seating face, an upper surface of which is horizontal in the horizontal direction; a projectingly-curved bottom surface 3 in which a bottom surface is downward projectingly curved in the horizontal direction according to bending of the wheelchair seating face 51 when being seated; and a recessed edge part 4 in which both left/right edges of the projectingly-curved bottom surface 3 are recessedly formed according to the shape of horizontal frames 52 disposed on the left/right of the wheelchair seating face 51.
