To provide a front structure of a vehicle, which has a pedestrian protection member also serving as an undercover, but which can securely protect a pedestrian without falling off of the pedestrian protection member when external force is applied.SOLUTION: The front structure of a vehicle comprises: a lower cross 3 which extends in a lateral direction of the vehicle at a lower front portion of the vehicle; and a pedestrian protection member 4 which extends in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and of which a rear end portion is fixed to the lower cross 3, so that the pedestrian protection member pushes back a leg portion of a pedestrian, thereby protecting the pedestrian in a collision of the vehicle with the pedestrian. The pedestrian protection member 4 has: a fixing point 4d where the pedestrian protection member is fixed to a lower surface of the lower cross 3; and a facing surface 4a which is located forward of the fixing point 4d, and which faces the lower cross 3 in the longitudinal direction. On the side of the lower cross 3, there is provided a catching surface 3a which faces the facing surface 4a in parallel, and which catches the facing surface 4a when external force is applied from the front onto the pedestrian protection member 4. Each of the facing surface 4a and the catching surface 3a is inclined upward from the front toward the back of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】歩行者保護部材とアンダーカバーとを兼用する構成であっても外力作用時に脱落することなく歩行者保護を確実に行うことが可能な車両の前部構造を提供する。【解決手段】車両前部の下部において車幅方向に延在するロアクロス３と、車両前後方向に延設されると共に後端部がロアクロス３に固定され歩行者との衝突時に該歩行者の脚部を払って歩行者を保護する歩行者保護部材４とを備えた車両の前部構造において、歩行者保護部材４は、ロアクロス３の下面に固定される固定点４ｄと、固定点４ｄより前方に位置してロアクロス３と前後方向で対向する対向面４ａとを有し、ロアクロス３側には、対向面４ａと平行に対向し、歩行者保護部材４に前方から外力が作用した際に対向面４ａを受け止める受け面３ａが設けられ、対向面４ａ及び受け面３ａは、車両前方側から車両後方側へと向かうに従い下方から上方へと向かう向きにそれぞれ傾斜して形成されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図３
