Abstract To provide a three-dimensional distance measuring device using a TOF method, in which the range and luminous power of irradiation light is appropriately set in accordance with the state of a subject and the degradation of accuracy of distance measurement is suppressed.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional distance measuring device comprises: a plurality of light sources 11 for irradiating a subject with light; an emission control unit 12 for controlling the emission of light of the plurality of light sources; a light-receiving unit 13 for detecting reflected light from the subject; a distance calculation unit 14 for calculating the distance to the subject on the basis of the propagation time of reflected light; and an image processing unit 15 for generating a distance image of the subject on the basis of the calculated distance data. A plurality of irradiation areas 3 irradiated by the plurality of light sources are arranged in such a way that only adjacent irradiation areas overlap each other.
