Abstract To provide a sole hot-cold stimulation device, etc., which can easily provide hot-cold stimulation to a sole of a user.SOLUTION: A sole hot-cold stimulation device includes a heat medium flow part which is disposed below a floor surface on which a user places its feet and can adjust a temperature of the floor surface by the heat medium flowing therethrough. In the heat medium flow part, the heat medium having a first predetermined temperature or higher and the heat medium having a second predetermined temperature, which is lower than the first temperature, or lower flow alternately.
