Abstract | To perform processing of enclosing as much of article as possible into a predetermined bag with as few steps and labor as possible.SOLUTION: An article encasing apparatus includes a hopper 16 that includes a discharge opening 24 of an article and storing the article, an arm 20 that is connected to a predetermined rotational axis 28 extending in a horizontal direction at one end portion of a long member connected to the hopper and moves a position of the discharge opening 24 of the hopper connected with rotation around the rotational axis, bag carrying portions 70a and 70b that carry a bag into which the article is to be encased, an attachment structure 44 for attaching the bag so as to fix an opening portion of the bag, and a bag attachment portion 12 that includes a movable member 40 for freely moving the bag carrying portions 70a and 70b in a state in which the bag carrying portions are inclined at an arbitrary inclination angle with respect to the horizontal direction. Due to the movement of the arm 20 and the movement of the bag attachment portion 12, the discharge opening 24 of the hopper is configured to be adjustable so as to located above a position of the bag carried at the arbitrary inclination angle by the bag carrying portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
