Abstract To provide a laminate including a thin film structure having a fine protrusion and recess structure on the surface thereof, which allows the thin film structure to be commercially distributed for use by a customer without contamination or damages, and which suppresses degradation even after stored.SOLUTION: The laminate includes a thin film structure and holding films, in which a first holding film is laminated on one surface of the thin film structure, a second holding film is laminated on the other surface of the thin film structure, and the thin film structure has a fine protrusion and recess structure on both surfaces thereof.
