Abstract | To provide a laminate including a thin film structure having a fine protrusion and recess structure on the surface thereof, which allows the thin film structure to be commercially distributed for use by a customer without contamination or damages, and which suppresses degradation even after stored.SOLUTION: The laminate includes a thin film structure and holding films, in which a first holding film is laminated on one surface of the thin film structure, a second holding film is laminated on the other surface of the thin film structure, and the thin film structure has a fine protrusion and recess structure on both surfaces thereof. The laminate is at least characterized in that 0<P1, 0<P2 and P1≠P2 are satisfied, where P1 is a peeling strength on the interface between the first holding film and the thin film structure and P2 is a peeling strength on the interface between the second holding film and the thin film structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
