Summary:To provide eldecalcitol-containing pharmaceutical compositions having excellent stability and to provide eldecalcitol-containing solid formulations which contain the same.SOLUTION: The eldecalcitol-containing pharmaceutical composition according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized by containing eldecalcitol, a silicic acid system absorbent with a pH of 6.0 or more, and a polymer that is soluble in an organic solvent.
