To provide a gasket with a filter which enables easy handling.SOLUTION: A gasket 1 with a filter includes: a loop-like contact member 4 which contacts with a shaft in a sealing manner; and a plate 6 which is fixed to the contact member at its inner edge. The plate includes: a flat-plate-like filter 10 in which a mesh is formed; a flat-plate-like outer edge part 12 located at the outer side of the filter and disposed on a flat surface different from a flat surface on which the filter is disposed; and an inclined part 14 which is disposed between the filter and the outer edge part and inclines relative to the flat surface on which the filter is disposed.
