To provide a gasket which can securely join a sealing member to an opening inner edge.SOLUTION: A gasket 1 includes: a plate 2 including an opening O into which a shaft 11 is inserted; and a sealing member 6 which is provided at an inner edge 2a of the plate 2 forming the opening O and contacts with the shaft 11 to seal the opening O.
