Abstract | To provide a package formed by storing vegetables and fruits including an edible mushroom in a package container and excellent in a freshness keeping function for the vegetables and fruits such as a function capable of suppressing odor of the edible mushroom in the package at extremely high level.SOLUTION: A package is formed by storing vegetables and fruits including an edible mushroom in a package container including a polymeric film. In the package, when stored under a frozen state at 5°C, internal carbon dioxide concentration is 3% or more and 10% or less during at least a part of a period from 2 days after sealing of the package to 15 days after sealing of the package, and internal oxygen concentration is 10% or more and 25% or less during at least a part of a period from 2 days after sealing of the package to 15 days after sealing of the package.SELECTED DRAWING: None
