Summary: | To provide a magnetic separation device and a magnetic separation method which is configured so as to permit improvement of magnetic separation operation efficiency by fitting a number of sheets of magnetic filters into an annular cable body and endlessly moving the magnetic filters.SOLUTION: A magnetic separation device includes: a superconductive magnet 3 having a bore 3a; a flow pipe 4 which is penetrated and arranged into the bore 3a of the superconductive magnet 3 and causes slurry containing substances to be separated that applies magnetism to flow therethrough; a number of sheets of magnetic filters 5 which can adsorb the substances to be separated in the slurry within the flow pipe 4; and a filter movement mechanism 6 which moves the magnetic filters 5 to the inside and outside of the flow pipe 4. The filter movement mechanism 6 includes an annular cable body 7 which fits the magnetic filters 5 at an interval, passes from the inside of the flow pipe 4 through the outside thereof and again returns to the inside thereof; and a posture retention means 8 which retains a magnetic filter 5 in such a posture as to face a slurry flowing direction in the flow pipe 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 多数枚の磁気フィルタを環状の索条体に装着してエンドレス状に移動させて、磁気分離作業効率を向上できるようにする。【解決手段】 ボア3aを有する超伝導磁石3と、この超伝導磁石3のボア3a内に貫通配置されていて磁性付与の被分離物質を含有する泥水を流動させる流動管4と、この流動管4内で泥水中の被分離物質を吸着可能な多数枚の磁気フィルタ5と、この磁気フィルタ5を流動管4内外に移動させるフィルタ移動機構6とを備えている。前記フィルタ移動機構6は、磁気フィルタ5を間隔をおいて装着しかつ流動管4の内側から外側を通って再び内側に戻る環状の索条体7と、流動管4内において磁気フィルタ5を泥水流動方向に対面する姿勢に保持する姿勢保持手段8とを有する。【選択図】図1 |
