Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate anomaly detection of a tilting bearing of steel making and conversion equipment, a rotary machine that rotates at low speed of less than 1 rpm.SOLUTION: An anomaly monitoring method is provided for detecting anomalies of a bearing of a tilting shaft for turning a furnace body of steel making converter equipment, the method comprising: a measurement signal collection step for collecting a vibration signal of the bearing measured on the furnace body rotating with molten steel in a pot from completion of oxygen blowing (P4) to molten steel tapping (P5); and an anomaly detection step for detecting anomalies of the bearing based on the vibration signal. The vibration signal measured for about 6-15 seconds from the time the erected furnace body starts turning for tapping of molten steel after the completion of oxygen blowing (P4) may be collected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
