Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil temperature raising device capable of enhancing temperature raising of an oil.SOLUTION: A temperature raising device 1 includes a driven gear 5 housed in a case 9 and disposed on a rotary shaft 6, a frictional material 11 disposed on an outer race 7a of a bearing 7, a disc spring 10 disposed on a side portion of the driven gear 5, and kept into contact with the frictional material 11 when a space between the side portion and the frictional material 11 is a prescribed space or less, and a shape memory alloy 12 expanded at least in an axial direction of the rotary shaft 6 at a prescribed temperature or more. The driven gear 5 is a helical gear, thrust force of the driven gear 5 is generated in a direction of a bearing 7 side in coast traveling of an electric automobile, the case 9 has a coefficient of linear expansion larger than that of the rotary shaft 6, the case 9 is expanded more than the rotary shaft 6 in the axial direction of the rotary shaft 6 in accompany with temperature raising, and the space between the side portion of the driven gear 5 and the frictional material 11 becomes larger than the prescribed space by the shape memory alloy 12 at the prescribed temperature or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】オイルの昇温を促進させることが可能なオイルの昇温装置を提供する。【解決手段】昇温装置1は、ケース9に収容され、回転軸6に設けられるドリブンギヤ5と、ベアリング7のアウターレース7aに設けられる摩擦材11と、ドリブンギヤ5の側部に設けられ、この側部と摩擦材11との間隔が所定の間隔以下のときに摩擦材11に接触する皿ばね10と、所定の温度以上になると少なくとも回転軸6の軸方向に大きくなる形状記憶合金12とを備え、ドリブンギヤ5がヘリカルギヤであり、ドリブンギヤ5のスラスト力が電気自動車のコースト走行時にベアリング7側の方向に発生し、ケース9が回転軸6よりも大きい線膨張係数を有し、温度の上昇に伴って回転軸6の軸方向においてケース9が回転軸6よりも膨張し、所定の温度以上になると形状記憶合金12によってドリブンギヤ5の側部と摩擦材11との間隔が所定の間隔よりも大きくなる。【選択図】 図1
