Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress the rise in electrical resistance of a conductive member.SOLUTION: A conductive member comprises: a metal member; an oxide coating layer; and a coating layer. The metal member has: a base portion containing Fe and Cr; and an alloy phase including Fe, Cr and Co, and having a Co concentration of 1.0 wt.% or more, which is higher than a Co concentration of the base portion. The oxide coating layer is disposed on a surface formed by the alloy phase in the metal member, and includes Cr oxide. The oxide coating layer has a Cr concentration which is higher than a Cr concentration of the metal member. The coating layer is disposed on a surface of the oxide coating layer on a side opposite to a surface opposed to the metal member, and includes Co oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
