Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service according to characteristics of a crew member in a vehicle.SOLUTION: An automatic driving device 100 includes: a crew member detection sensor 5 for detecting a crew member in a vehicle V; an operation state determination unit 16 for determining, on the basis of a detection result of the crew member detection sensor 5, whether the vehicle V is in an operation state where automatic operation control is performed with a crew member in a driver seat, in an operation state where automatic operation control is performed with no crew member in the driver seat and with the crew member in a seat other than the driver seat, or in an operation state where automatic operation control is performed with no crew member in the vehicle; and a service provision unit 17 for providing service according to the operation state determined by the operation state determination unit 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
