PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience for printing in a state where a server for use in execution of printing is not available.SOLUTION: A printing management program is executed by a printing management device for transmit printing instruction data and causes the printing management device to perform processing of: acquiring, from a server which transmits printing output data to an output destination printer determined on the basis of output requests from printers or output destination printer information included in the printing instruction data received from the printing management device, information about the output destination printer; determining whether the server is available or not in response to accepting a printing instruction operation; and in response to determining that the server is not available, presenting candidates for an output destination printer on the basis of information about output destination printers stored in a storage unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 【課題】印刷の実行に利用するサーバが利用可能でない状態での印刷の利便性を高めることを目的とする。【解決手段】印刷指示データを送信する印刷管理装置に実行させる印刷管理プログラムであって、印刷機からの出力要求、または印刷管理装置から受信した印刷指示データに含まれる出力先印刷機情報に基づいて判定した出力先印刷機に印刷出力データを送信するサーバから、出力先印刷機に関する情報を取得し、印刷指示操作の受け付けに応じ、サーバが利用可能か判定し、サーバが利用可能でないと判定した場合、記憶部に記憶された出力先印刷機に関する情報に基づいて、出力先印刷機の候補を提示する処理を印刷管理装置に実行させる。【選択図】図１１
